Volunteer ConsultantThursday, April 17, 2008 - Thursday, December 31, 2009ESC is looking for senior level executives and professionals who are interested in sharing their skills, knowledge and expertise with nonprofit clients. You do not have to have a background in nonprofit management, but it is helpful if you participated with a nonprofit in some capacity prior to volunteering with ESC. We are looking for volunteers with the following skills and expertise - Strategic Management - Business Planning - Finance - Governance (Board Development) - Fundraising/Revenue Generation - Organizational Development - Human Resources - Information Technology - Sales - Training - Facilitation - Coaching/Mentoring (Executive Coaching) Projects average about 3-6 months in length and require an average of 4-6/week. A consultant must work on at least 1 project per year. All new consultants are required to take three introductory training courses. All consulting is done in teams of no less than 2 consultants per project.

We are looking for someone who can volunteer up to 20 hours per week. The database we use is a project management system called Quick Arrow. If you know it great.
